Ingredients
4 Red Delicious apples (or a sweet apple of your choice)
½ cup walnut pieces
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Core and chop apples. Combine in a bowl with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- Add ½ cup water to a glass, 9x9 inch baking dish. Place apples in the dish. Top with walnuts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are soft.
